AssociatesWe are a highly knowledgeable and skilled team of consultants and guest speakers. As federal benefits consultants, we are also retired federal employees and experienced workshop leaders. Our extensive personal and professional experience in retirement planning allows us to clearly explain your benefits and answer your questions. Mary K. TaylorMary retired in 1985 after a 20 year career with the Bureau of Reclamation. Since then, she has lead various federal benefits workshops all over the world. Mary is the creator of our Civil Service Benefits and Social Security Benefits Workbooks. Evelyn HatfieldEvelyn retired in 1997 after a 32 year career with the Bureau of Reclamation. For 25 of those years, she performed various personnel functions. For the past 6 years, Evelyn has been teaching federal benefits workshops worldwide. Evelyn is editor of our workbooks. Alice SmithAlice retired in 1994 after a 20 year career as Command Retirement Counselor for Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center. Since then, she has been leading various federal benefits workshops. Alice is a contributing editor for our workbooks. Carmelle M.G. SotoCarmelle retired in 1999 as Chief of the Retirement and Benefits Section at McClellan Air Force Base. She has 18 years experience working in the Federal Retirement Benefits arena, the last 12 of which she worked at closure bases. Carmelle has extensive technical knowledge of the federal retirement benefits system. She leads seminars and briefings and specializes in one-on-one sessions. Carole Ellison & AssociatesWe have over 20 years experience designing, marketing and leading federal benefits workshops throughout the country. We develop long-term relationships with our clients by working with them to customize our workshops to meet their specific needs. Federal agencies we have worked with include: BLM, USFS, EPA, HHS, SSA, VA, DOL, DOJ, and the US Corps of Engineers. We have also worked extensively with military installations for the past 15 years during their efforts to downsize/shut down their operations. Clients include the four Army Depots under the Defense Logistic Agency in Utah and California, McClellan Air Force Base and Mare Island Naval Shipyard.
