Workshops for All Employees

FERS Benefits for New Employees is designed for FERS employees who have not been thoroughly informed of how their benefits system works.

Thrift Savings Plan is designed to explain the details of how this plan works in conjunction with FERS and/or CSRS benefits.

These workshops are available in half or full-day formats. The half-day format provides a brief overview, while the full-day format covers the information in greater depth. Another option would be to combine the half-day FERS benefits and half-day TSP workshops into a single workshop.
