Off-Site PolicyWe schedule off-site workshops and post the dates and locations on our web site. We request that you register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is 3 weeks prior to the workshop.Your registration will be confirmed in writing and your credit card charged 3 weeks prior to the workshop. If you are then unable to attend, please send a substitute in your place or plan to attend another of our upcoming workshops. If you cancel prior to the 3 week deadline, you will not be charged. If you notify us of your need to cancel after the deadline, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you fail to notify us and do not attend the workshop, you will forfeit your registration fee. All workshops are limited to 30 participants to allow for individual attention. Our minimum class size is 20 participants.
